1. AI Interviews

For tackling complex tasks, consider using AI to interview you. This structured approach is particularly beneficial when you’re unsure what information to provide upfront. It allows you to deliver detailed insights without having to think of everything at once. This method is especially useful for brainstorming, project planning, or exploring different topics.

How to Conduct an AI Interview:

  • Instruct the AI to interview you about your topic
  • Request thought-provoking questions to uncover key insights
  • Limit the AI to asking no more than three questions at a time.

Example:

Prompt: “Interview me to gather insights for a social media post about the benefits of AI in digital marketing agencies. Ask questions about key benefits, challenges, and future implications.”

As you respond, take your time to think through your answers. Continue the process until the AI has gathered enough information, typically between 5 to 15 questions. If you get tired of answering questions, you can always tell the AI to stop and continue with the information you’ve provided by simply typing “continue.”

2. Analysing the tone and style

AI can analyse the tone and style of any existing content, which is particularly useful when creating content that matches a specific brand voice or when ghost-writing for someone else.

Example:

Prompt: “Analyse this author’s page and blog posts to identify their writing style and tone.”

3. AI for data Analysis

AI is very powerful for data analysis. Upload spreadsheets and guidelines and then ask the AI to analyse the data according to specific parameters. This can save hours of manual analysis and provide insights you might have missed.

4. Productivity with AI voice-to-text

Voice AI interfaces allow you to interact with AI assistants hands-free, making it perfect for brainstorming or planning while on the move. Note that current voice AI may interpret pauses as the end of your input, so try to speak in complete thoughts.

Remember 2 mistakes to avoid:

  • Don’t ask too much in a single prompt: Trying to cover too many topics in one prompt can lead to confused or incomplete responses
  • Expecting perfection with only one prompt: AI can’t read your mind, so don’t expect it to give you a perfect response based on minimal information.
